Protecting your personal data is important to us. We process your data solely on the basis of the EU General Data Protection Regulation No. 679/2016 (GDPR).

The following information applies to the website ferrytable.com. The respective operator is responsible for the content and cookies of linked third-party websites (ferry operators, booking portals).

Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit the website, the server automatically stores access data: IP address, date and time, page requested, data volume transferred, browser type and operating system. This data is used to keep the service running and to defend against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Log files are deleted automatically after a short period. A data processing agreement is in place with the hosting provider.

Web analytics with Matomo

We use Matomo to analyse how the website is used. Matomo runs on our own server (stat.websystems.io), no data is passed on to third parties. It records pages visited, time spent, browser type and operating system. The IP address is shortened before storage and is not linked to other data.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in designing the website to meet demand (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If your browser has "Do Not Track" enabled, no data is recorded.

Error logging with Sentry

To monitor technical stability we use Sentry (Functional Software, Inc., 45 Fremont Street, San Francisco, USA). When a technical error occurs, error details, browser type, operating system and the page requested are transmitted. The IP address is not stored. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in error-free operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data transfer to the USA is based on the EU standard contractual clauses.

"Report a change" form

If you report an error or a change via the form on a route page, we process your name, e-mail address, message and the page address solely to check and answer your report (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The data is deleted once the report has been dealt with.

Cookies

ferrytable.com does not set cookies for advertising or tracking. Technically necessary cookies are only used in the administration area of the website, which is not accessible to visitors.

External links

The website links to the official timetable PDFs of the Croatian coastal liner agency and to the websites of ferry operators. When you click such a link, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.

Retention and disclosure

Your data is processed electronically. No automated decision-making takes place. Personal data is stored only as long as required for the respective purpose or by statutory retention periods.

Data is only disclosed to third parties where necessary to provide the website (hosting, error logging) and within the legal framework.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw any consent given at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (for the controller: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Italy).
